As apart of the Complete Lifestyle Medicine Intervention Program (CLIP) hosted in Parry Sound, ON, my role involves interprofessional collaboration attending scheduled meetings as well as creating, facilitating, supervising, and reflecting on virtual exercise programming classes for adults with chronic diseases including prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, pre-hypertension, systemic hypertension, heart disease, and dyslipidemia.

Programming, implementing, and supervising exercise for individuals living beyond cancer using resistance and aerobic training

- Programming, implementing, and supervising exercise for individuals with neuromuscular disability using resistance and aerobic training, functional electrically stimulated exercise, body-weight supported treadmill training, and high intensity circuit training

- Management of confidential participant information- Ensure the safety and welfare of participants by carrying out protocol/site tasks. This includes to ensure proper ECG setup and Biodex Dynamometer System machine calibration and operation. - Maintaining a hygenic laboratory environment including equipment sanitization and disposal

- Developed, conducted, and evaluated a project with a curriculum for athlete self-care to promote musculoskeletal injury reduction and recovery.- Provide on field injury care, sideline injury assessments, and injury management such as taping.

- Set up, conducted, and recorded athlete post-concussion Return-to-Play protocols including the SCAT-6, Gapski-Goodman Tests, and Buffalo Concussion Treadmill Tests. - Provided therapeutic services such as stretching techniques and soft tissue massage.- Designed rehabilitation exercise prescriptions for balance, strength, and endurance.
