Created project management tracking and activity planning processes.-Authored 1 literature review (Cooperatives and Supply Chains); developed Business Resiliency Framework and related tools and resources (Annotated Bibliography; Self-Assessment/Action Plan) for local co-op orgs to determine their resiliency to shocks and steps to improve; expanded research offerings and accessibility by writing and recording audio script for 7 training videos-Contributed data analysis to 4 country reports, 2 blog posts, and data analysis consultation for an external Covid Health project publication highlighting the inclusive power of cooperatives-Represented ICRG with external stakeholders: USAID Philippines, Univ.
