Nicholas is an experienced research, evaluation and public policy professional. Prior to joining The Social Research Centre, Nicholas worked predominantly in North America. He held the position of Research and Evaluation Coordinator in a local government setting, leading outcome-based evaluations to strengthen data-informed decision making. Nicholas also served as a Director of Research and Policy at the provincial/state level of government, where he worked closely with Parliamentary Counsel to further Bills, legislative amendments and motions.Nicholas is keenly interested in geography, aviation, international relations, and political violence.
