As a student consultant in the CELect London program, I had the opportunity to engage in a high-impact, experiential consulting project with Surgery AI, a cutting-edge London-based startup that leverages artificial intelligence to optimize surgical procedures and improve patient outcomes. I am the liaison between the student employees and the full-time staff. I ensure that the other Student Technology Coordinators have the resources they need to ensure successful technological operations within each residential college. I am responsible for coordinating the annual STC Tech Expo for all residential colleges.

As a member of student leadership, I update the full-time staff on the progress of the student employees and any ongoing issues/concerns regarding the IT helpdesk. We propose new policies and rules to the full-time staff to address any needs and provide suggestions as representatives for the student employees. We work alongside the other employees and are the first point of contact for any questions or uncertainties.

BearBox is a luxury direct-to-dorm care package delivery servicing students at Washington University in St. Louis. As one of the four co-founders, I helped create the minimum viable product, build the executive summary, and create the financial projections.

I worked under the Sales Enablement team as an IT App Development intern at the Chesterfield office. As an intern, I learned the Dot Foods, Inc. database system and its wide-ranging technologies, including Visual Studio, Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Azure, and the .NET framework. I had several opportunities to network with workers from other departments including business development, sales, operations, and the Chief Executive Officer. During my time at Dot Foods, I created an artificial intelligence chatbot to support Customer Service representatives. The chatbot utilized the .NET framework and I learned new programming languages such as LINQ and C#. The chatbot used natural language processing to interpret user requests and called APIs to communicate with the Dot Foods database.

From my internship last year, I was tasked with maintaining their internal programs such as their inventory management program and their official website. In addition, I was assigned projects to improve the overall efficiency of the company: I helped design the logistics of the interdepartmental (Orders and Fulfillment) processes and found ways to connect their inventory system to the their point of sale retail system. Other smaller projects included adding new photos to their systems, creating UPC codes, and designing UIDs.

Prior to this internship, I learned SQL and PHP to help with the company database management. I maintained their online shop inventory and website. Alongside my technology skills, I completed invoices, shipped orders, and restocked their inventory.

I worked with the Chief Information Technology Officer to aid the development on the TCMSuite mobile app. I helped identify bugs within their app.

I imported lab results and medical documents to the practice's EMR system (Office Practicum) and helped manage the practice website. Additionally, I provided IT support to staff.
