During my role over here, my core responsibility is to direct instructions to all employees regarding checklists, hazardous materials, and technical orders. I also troubleshoot complex electrical problems while utilizing advanced technical knowledge including isolating malfunctions, examining the location and density of circuits, and incorporating engineering changes. Furthermore, I perform various activities such as tracing relationships and circuit analysis in signal flow using independent judgment. I also compile reporting and ensure compliance with set policies and standards. In addition to this, I facilitate personnel in determining repaired and serviced components, special tools, and requisitioning aircraft parts. I also track the progress of aircraft as well as plan and coordinate workload with maintenance supervisors. Moreover, I ensure the maintenance of all aircraft are properly documented in maintenance records and MIS. I also facilitate modification teams in preparation and reassembling of aircrafts.- Upgraded 20 air force helicopters in accordance with future FAA regulations.- Successfully accomplished six, time restricted aircraft modification within less time as specified by government.- Enhanced quality and reduced development of adverse trends by monitoring quality assurance reports and assuring execution of quality parameters. - Performed, maintained, and directed technical directions to personnel to troubleshoot repair, installation, removal, inspection, software upgrades, and operational checks of the systems.- Administered equipment repair program and secured 25 % cost and work hours.

While working over here, I orchestrated detailed and time-sensitive flight plans, international overflight and landing permits, coordination with US embassy, and sensitive inflight communications. I also provided executive support to most demanding flight line protocol office of the Defense department providing services to POTUS/VPOTUS movements and over 20K+ distinguished visitors on yearly basis.
