I'm reliable and consistent, having developed a mature and responsible approach to tasks or situations presented. I have developed excellent analytical, logical thinking and communication skills through various experiences and work effectively as part of a team.With an interesting career path, starting in retail and later moving into wholesale as part of customer service and administration teams. I managed operations at the AIRR Brisbane warehouse where I led a team of 20+ warehouse staff, achieving daily and company’s goals of full filling customer needs on time. In 2020 I transitioned into National Purchasing and took on board the Northern Operations (QLD, NSW, WA) in 2021 where I worked on streamlining operational processes across all sites. Within these combined roles I was responsible for procurement and forecasting of inventory at regional and national level whilst working alongside AIRR's Supplier Liaison Team, have assisted in the procurement of capital equipment and warehouse racking design concepts with focus on immediate requirements however keeping in mind business goals and building in redundancy for planned growth.Moving into 2023, I look forward to transitioning into a Safety and Supply Chain Standards role within AIRR that will further focus on operational efficiency whilst improving our safety culture and ensuring we meet legislative requirements across all sites nationally.I love a good project and working through the various challenges that they bring. I like looking at an issue or problem through different lenses, collecting lots of opinions and information before coming up with the best solutions.
