Worked on Enterprise State Roaming (ESR) service from its inception to general availability in 8 Azure regions globally. ESR is used to sync profile and settings data between enterprise Windows devices.● Integrated ESR with multiple internal infrastructural services, including deployment, secret management, and monitoring.● Designed and implemented a C# application to rotate Azure Storage and Redis keys, cloud service certificates, and other cryptographic secrets used by the ESR service without downtime.● Worked on a small team to develop initial Live Site processes, including new region onboarding, test pipeline operation, and troubleshooting.● Built Powershell modules to automate the deployment and configuration of private ESR service instances for development and test automation. ● Mentored summer intern on project to enable log search and create service dashboards using Elasticsearch and Kibana.

Part of a team that built Work Folders, a feature for Windows Server that was introduced in 2012R2. ● Designed and implemented logging module for a new distributed test framework in C# that aggregated logs from multiple machines to a single central log, with the entries correctly collated and ordered.● Created UI test scenarios and automation for the Work Folders feature in Windows Server.● Extended and maintained UI regression test framework with C# and Powershell components. Improvements allowed for the flexible definition and authoring of test scenarios using XML.
