• Assist in the development & on-going management of the internal audit function for the organisation.• Develop and established systematic audit programs & related audit documentation in accordance with the latest Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (“IPPF”).• Assist in the development of Group Internal Audit’s (“GIAs”) Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) as guidance to facilitate an extensive assessment of governance, risk management & control processes. • Assist in the Internal Audit Department's quality assurance & improvement program to ensure that the internal audit activities align with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (“IPPF”).• Plan, conduct & accomplish the audit engagement promptly & as per approved audit plan. • Demonstrate autonomous decision making & critical thinking skills in performing analytical procedures, ensuring the effectiveness of the scope of the audit; expanding or decreasing testing to commensurate with the audit findings/observations.• Document, assess & test business process flows & control activities to achieve audit objectives.• To review the audit working papers & draft report(s) established by fellow subordinate, & offer an esteemed & an effective comments & guidance in the establishment of a qualitative report & its' supporting documents.• Identify various business risks & areas for efficiency improvements & communicated directly with all levels of the organization.• To formulate an audit report & accord best practices as a recommendation based on the assessments, analyses of business data & by gaining a greater understanding on the Auditee’s business functions before escalates to the Head of Group Internal Audit.• Establish rapport & influence varying levels of leadership, including Business Process Owner, Senior Management, and Company Executives. • Optimizing team structure by cross-training team members, aligning responsibilities with development.

• To formulate the audit review programs and methods to undertake the auditing of the governance management and risk management;• Reviewing and updating annual Audit Plan for Audit Committee's approval and organize internal audit resources to achieve the plan for public and private group;• Lead team members in completion of major audit projects;• To effectively report and communicate the findings and recommendations from reviews undertaken and follow through on their implementation;• Ensure availability and completion of audit working papers by team members to evidence audit work done and support issues identified;• To liaise with the audit client on all required arrangements (entry, fieldwork, exit and reporting);• Drafting the Audit Report based on the completed audit review;• To discuss the draft audit report and findings with the audit client and to ensure that appropriate responses are obtained for each audit issue raised;• Assess and identify developmental needs of team member and report to upper management for formulation of suitable development; and• To undertake any other work that are required to ensure that the internal audit delivers its functions effectively and efficiently.
