Materials Coordinator
Current▪ Quality control for ISO 9001:2015 accredited custom built fluid process equipment systems. ▪ Verify materials against unique purchase order specifications, drawings, data sheets. ▪ Validate accurate complete documentation traceability for all materials used in fabrication. ▪ Use specific project guidelines, ASTM/ASME/BPE standards to confirm material validity. ▪ Communication between project managers, fabrication team, equipment vendors, clients. ▪ Monitor material availability. Inform all parties of issues and manufacturing bottlenecks. ▪ Rectify missing documentation, discrepancies, return and repair of unacceptable materials. ▪ Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, clients, for shipping and customs. ▪ Organize job specific materials, labelling specific fittings, equipment, and components. ▪ Create project piping spools according to approved project drawings and specifications. ▪ Manage company materials inventory, communicating relevant information to all parties. ▪ Track material transfers between jobs and to and from company inventory stock. ▪ Operate forklift and crane for shipment loading/unloading, organization, material inspection. ▪ Generate and disseminate critical company documents: Packing Slips, Commercial Invoices, USMCA Certificates of Origin, Purchase Orders, Discrepancy Forms, Receiving Logs, Inventory Logs of Pipe Fittings/Structural Tubing/Specific Components.
