The safety of passengers on AA flights which included searches, profiling of passengers, working with contractors and providing proactive positive customer service. In addition lead training on ramp safety for all secuirty personnel at Heathrow. During 9/11 worked to ensure the safety of crews who were in London and subsequently made redundant due to cut in flights coming to LHR.

FAA trained airline security profiler. During my employment provided static security at the airline's ticket office in Piccadilly and Paddington Train Station. Used language skills to assist a number of UNHCR refugee groups from "Yugoslavia" to carry on their journey to the US.
