I develop action plans to meet or exceed goals for my area within the channel. I give input and collaborate with frontline leadership to support growth and development of sales/operations teams in the territory. I lead channel growth activities for field operations and sales.- Lead sales and operations teams of 116, including eight direct reports.- Mentor and support operations and sales managers in respective territories, increasing productivity, sales performance, operational efficiency, and the overall culture of the area.- Direct revenue growth and profitability.- Collaborate with business units across the network to deliver the best solutions for our team members and customers by increasing acquisition, decreasing attrition, reducing subscriber acquisition cost and cost to serve, and delivering flawless service. - Execute operating efficiencies and dynamics for successful sales programs and processes.- Ensure consistency in field sales by lead management and lead generating activities.
