In this newly appointed role, I have been able to positively change the culture through strong communication, leadership, and my own personal style of managing through regular toolbox talks to assess priorities. As a result, productivity has increased, errors have decreased, and staff retention has stabilized. With clear and transparent communication, I have built team cohesion. Externally and in a short time frame I have developed new relationships, built on and continue to nurture existing relationships with both the 3PL providers and suppliers. But doing so, stock accuracy, tracking shipments, and handling of warehouse operations in both the Brisbane warehouse and its 3PL's have improved.
