Responsible for providing Credit Union products and services to new and existing Members. Provides exceptional Member service while performing transactions associated with Member requests such as receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals. Also, quoting current rates for products and services, opening deposit accounts for new and existing Members. Assists new hires with on-site coaching of product and system knowledge. Providing assistance to Manager and Team Lead when tasked.

Duties included creating staff matrices for all events. Scheduled and lead department trainingsand TIPs Trainings. Oversaw concessions and bar locations. Consulted with Staffing Manager,Concessions Supervisors, and Concession Stand/Bar Leads on event operations: staffing,products, maintenance, etc. Nightly reports on sales numbers and recap of production for thebenefit of future events. Attended weekly/monthly marketing and strategy meetings withDirectors and fellow Managers.
