As General Manager my responsibilities are to coordinate the efforts of the Hotel, Village Square Restaurants and the Retreat Spa. This mainly reflects on preparing the relevant budgets, monitoring P&L thus achieving GOP and achieving customer satisfaction. Other duties also involve collaborating with the Resort elements mangers on a daily basis to ensure a smooth operation on the Resort.
