Deeply empathetic with a passion for interpersonal connection. I studied Communication and Leadership at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Ive worked multiple years in the service industry honing my social skills. With every new individual I strive to discover the similarities that may bring us closer together. Forging genuine, long-lasting relationships with customers and coworkers has always been a goal at every job I've had. I also love any pursuit which allows for creative problem solving. I taught myself how to build a PC in high school and enjoyed discovering how to troubleshoot issues as they arose. Though working alone can be nice with total creative liberty. I truly enjoy working with others to accomplish a common goal, and as a perpetually calm individual I also take it upon myself to help smooth out conflict when it arises between other members of my team. I am a firm believer in getting along with everyone around me, however I know its unlikely that everyone else agrees with that philosophy and thus conflict management is a crucial skill to maintain. I've enjoyed sales and succeeded as a lead generator for a solar company ranking amongst the top performers in my territory. Building trust and displaying expertise, I enjoy delivering opportunities to people that could actually improve their lives.
