I am currently apart of the claims department, and on my way to becoming ASE certified. Dealers Resource Center also has me in their Management In Training program so I may learn all the facets of the Warranty business.

During my time with DRC as an intern I held many responsibilities ranging from dealing with customers on the phone, to handling our monthly reports in excel and other programing sites.

I have an entrepreneurial mindset and created a business with my brother during high school. We would spend our time cutting and splitting firewood during the summer and selling it throughout the fall/winter. This venture has taught me the importance of creating and maintaining a client base. By exceeding their expectations, we received untold numbers of referrals for other customers. The money earned was used to help support myself throughout my high school and college years.
