As Product Owner for our Enterprise Data Warehousing team, I enabled on-going and improved financial reporting, e.g. sales performance tracking and lead-to-cash analyses, through a variety of projects, including the migration of integrations supporting employee dimensional data sources from SAP to PeopleSoft and expansion of our integration with Salesforce across multiple Salesforce instances, powering sales performance tracking and lead-to-cash analyses.Responsibilities included:Coordinating regular meetings with Product Managers and other stakeholders to gather and assess business needsManaging team backlogs for Scrum/Kanban teams, writing features and user stories to ensure accurate communication of business needs and value explanation to the development teamPrioritizing overall feature prioritization in concert with product managers, accounting for both stakeholder needs as well as technical feedback from the development team with the goal of maximizing value delivery

As Data Integration Manager I had the opportunity to modernize and greatly enhance a 10-year old data management system. In collaborating with a team of consultants we undertook a full redesign/rebuild of our organization’s data infrastructure, migrating to a modern ETL/Data Warehouse architecture.
