Hello, I am Nicholas LaFaro. I am a highly trained Chef with 20 years of experience in the industry. I Have earned two associate degrees, one in culinary arts and the other in liberal arts. I have helped open multiple restaurants and have experience in all aspects of the food industry. I am currently six credits away form graduating from SUNY Brockport with a Business Administration degree. I hope to use my background experience and my current college experience to become a successful Food and Beverage Sales Representative at Palmer Food Service. More importantly I want to help other people become successful in the food service industry through the service I provide to my customers!
