Hello, my name is Nicholas Lang, but you can call me Nick, and I am from North Bay, Ontario. I came to Ottawa to complete my Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College and quickly fell in love with the city.Growing up I was very active; I swam and did any and all sports I could do in my small city. My favourite sports were basketball, gymnastics, soccer, and baseball. I know what you’re thinking – the “Northerner” did not include playing hockey?! When I started High School, I was introduced to the gym and I quickly became hooked. I had goals of becoming bigger and stronger and the gym was the best place to meet those goals.Today, I have my Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma and CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist certification; I am excited and eager to work with numerous individuals, helping all of you reach your fitness goals. I believe a healthy life = happy life, and I look forward to helping you have a healthy, happy life.
