With a strong background in business development and client engagement, I am a seasoned Transportation Engineer with a wide range of design and project management experience. I have strong passion for downtown urban & economic revitalization through infrastructure enhancements. This has helped foster my expertise in complete street design and implementation. Currently, I am managing multiple complex MassDOT projects throughout the Commonwealth.I have also been responsible for numerous highway design projects and traffic engineering studies in Massachusetts and Connecticut. These projects have included preliminary and final geometric design of highway's and intersections, bikepath/railtrail designs, Streetscape Improvement projects, parking lot design, municipal and college campus parking studies, traffic signal design, traffic impact studies, bike/ped. network master planning, culvert design, and environmental permitting for roadway projects.My experience includes extensive involvement with MassDOT coordination on state funded projects from concept through to completed construction. I have worked with multiple municipal offices to get roadway improvement projects TIP funding and endorsed by MassDOT. I also enjoy bringing grant funding programs to municpal clients. This includes MassWorks, MVP, Mass Trails, Complete Streets Program, Small Bridge, RTP, CDBG, and others.
