With a firm foundation on continuous improvement I have been able to adapt in the ever-changing world of E-Commerce. Some of the successes I have experienced in the multiple teams I have led are Station of the Year, Inbound Operation of the Year, top in class of newly opened delivery station, and top in region on service and safety to name a few.My passion lies in people. I strive to develop high performing leaders to enable them to perform at the levels that set them apart from their peers. I have been responsible for teams as large as 500 and have had the privilege to promote multiple leaders who have continued to excel and promote after my departure of each operation I have led.
