I am a time served engineer with 11 years experience CNC Turning, I specialize on Fanuc control Doosan lathes, but also have experience with Mazak lathes, Static balancing, assembly and i am a trained first aider.I pride myself on being a team player, and am always happy to pass on any of my knowledge to help other colleagues or help work through difficult jobs as part of a Teem, I also like making tool/gauges to make jobs easier for myself and others.At this current stage in my career I am programming using a combination of standered ISO and Fanucs EZ-Guide system, though I have mastered the basics of programming such as turning, boring, screw cutting, profiling and drilling, I am eager to keep learning more skills, for exsample Mazatrol/CAD programming and would also like to learn some of the basics of milling and grinding.

Both lathes had Fanuc’s EZ-guide System which I used for most of my programming. My roles included Programming and producing production parts for Catipiller, Perkins, Titan motorsport and Bilstein, along with making tooling/gauges for other coleagues and myself, I was the company first aider throughout my time at the company. Unfortunately Automatic engineers closed and merged with PT engineering in Rugby, so i had to move on when I was learning new skills on a daily basis -
