Over the years I have learned a lot of useful skills and uncovered many talents I possess. Experience is important and that has been my main focus in life. I currently lead my team, in our plumbing department, in the production of luxury hot tubs. I have learned leadership skills, how to deal with and handle a variety of issues, problems and concerns. Decision making and problem solving skills come naturally to me and it is key to being successful on a production line.... that's only a small percentage of the knowledge I have gained and prepared to apply to my future career.
