Human Resources Business Partner
CurrentServe as a true partner to leaders within ECRI in creating an inclusive, high performance, and innovative work environment for our colleagues. Responsible for driving engagement and retention of talent in the organization in designated areas through the use of key HR levers and consistent implementation and execution of performance management systems, employee development approaches, HR policies, and employee relations. Consult regularly with managers within assigned departments to proactively identify talent and cultural themes, generate approaches to maintaining an engaging and inclusive environment, as well as offering guidance and support on people issues to help resolve such matters efficiently and effectively. Lastly, actively partner with the broader Human Resources organization and key leaders to drive and support cultural and operational change that fosters and promotes an inclusive, diverse, accountable, and innovative environment that enables ECRI to meet its short- and long-term goals and mission, as well as keeps its employees engaged.Accomplishments Include:• Created and implemented an organization-wide process that streamlined contractor/temporary employee onboarding, including creation and execution of Master Independent Contractor Agreements and Statements of Work, processing background checks, getting all demographic information into one database for reporting purposes, and processing payroll.• Created automated processes in HRIS to ensure one-time payroll transactions were pulled into normal payroll cycle and paid out to employees on time.• Streamlined Family and Medical Leave Act, American Disability Act, and Tuition Assistance Program benefit processes, including the overall submission/follow-up process between the employee and Human Resources, converting paperwork into an electronic format, and sending completed electronic paperwork to the appropriate HR representative for timely review.
