Bancassurance Senior Regional Director .Responsible for The Northwest Region regulated activity.Design and implementation of processes for effective customer referral and management within retail bank and building society environment.Creation and maintenance of suitability standards and guidance for regulated staffDesign and implementation of T&C Schemes to deliver effective development and supervision of regulated staff within the Bancassurance model.
