-Involved in liquidation analysis, sensitivity analysis and cash flow projection.-Involved in field work and visiting site projects for review.-Exposure to technical areas within the Strata Title Act 1985, Companies Act 1965 and property management of land and building.-Handling all aspects of claim management - reconciliation, negotiation and distribution.-Liason with government bodies.-Preparing documents for compliance purposes, letter writings, report writings and billings issuance.
