I was employed for 4 years at GameStop Inc, 3 of which I was in a managerial position. Being a GameStop senior employee meant balancing customer service with a great number of daily tasks including organizing shelves, unpacking shipments, distribution and management of stock, general maintenance of facility and store front and sundry other responsibilities. In addition, I was responsible for the management of up to 6 or 7 employees. The customer service was always the most important part, and I often lead discussions with customers on products, special offers and promotions, and the benefits of paid membership, a metric which I often lead the district in, an effort that helped our store win a pair of awards for going above-and-beyond in sales figures in 2019.I have also been working towards becoming a published writer for many years and have been developing my skills in that area.
