I am responsible for managing all aspects of Recruitment and Human Resources within Stedmans Hospitality in both NSW, Queensland and Victoria.Stedmans Hospitality is a premium and long standing business that comprises of over 500+ casual and permanent staff and I am responsible for all People & Culture functions within the business.In my time at Stedmans, my role evolved to take on the more important sides of HR which included performance management, investigations, WorkCover and FairWork.In addition to all of the above, I have also had the privilege to work alongside LendLease as a part of the project team, delivering concierge services to the most prestigious residential development in the southern hemisphere called, One Sydney Harbour, located in Barangaroo.It has been a wonderful journey where I am wearing many caps at any one time and am able to quickly and effectively switch between them all.

I was involved in the setting up and running of two of Trippas Whites newest venues.Firstly there was Telstra's new Customer Insight Centre at their Sydney head office at 400 George Street. This space included a 300 seat auditorium, event space's for up to 300 and a 70 seat fine dining restaurant.I then opened the Western Foyers at Sydney Opera House.This venue had 3 bars servicing all 3 of the smaller theatre's, event spaces as well as a casual dining area for 80.

This role was a great leap and saw me develop an amazing new set of skills as I was involved in the operations of multiple outlets. They included the Roslyn Packer Theatre at Walsh Bay (formerly Sydney Theatre) and the MCA Restaurant.

After 10 months away and with the Becasse group about to go into administration I decided to return.Again, I was reponsible for the day to operations of this fine dining 60 seat restaurant as well as overseeing the 100+ wine list consisting of Australian, French and NZ wines.

This was Justin Norths highly acclaimed restaurant in Westfield Sydney which gained 1 hat in the Sydney Morning Heralds Good Food Guide awards. Here I was involved in the opening and running of this outstanding restaurant.
