Suncor Voyageur Upgrader Project (duration of 2 years) Design of structural components for oil and gas plants. Heavily involved in the design of modular steel structures, piled foundations, precast and cast-in-place concrete foundations. Aided Engineering Team Leaders with scheduling of Civil/Structural design tasks and project man-hours. Responsible for delivering accurate estimates of structural quantities, both at preliminary and detail design project phases. Worked closely with structural drafting team to deliver drawing packages for structural designs. Involved with on site construction issues and providing retrofit designs and detailed sketches to construction teams.
