All nonconforming material and discrepancies were initially investigated by assembly to find the root cause and then formulate a solution. This could include discrepancies in the work instructions, Bill of Materials, vendor defects, and occasionally errors in the contract specifications.Worked on unique pre-releases and engineering prototype builds before mass assembly and production releases. This consisted of building units/systems with limited instruction, addressing design concerns, and fixing electrical and mechanical issues as they arise. Created work instructions to assist in production release.Participated in 6S audits primarily focusing on shelf-life and chemical inventory management.
