My role provided me to be hands on every day in operating broadcasts to provide superior weather accuracy to viewers around the world. In charge of routing the live broadcast or any replayed content to the television service. This allowed me to expand my communication skills as I was constantly communicating with the producers and the television service to ensure the broadcast would operate in a smooth fashion. I also was provided with experience troubleshooting under tight time constraints. Post-live I was responsible for updating automated show with the most recent content available as well as making sure the quality of the content met company standards.
