As a dedicated Teacher’s Aide at Celebree School, I support educators in delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for students. My role involves:- **Assisting in Instruction:** Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans, provide individualized support to students, and facilitate small group activities.- **Classroom Management:** Help maintain an organized and engaging classroom atmosphere, assisting with behavioral management and smooth transitions between activities.- **Supporting Student Development:** Offer targeted assistance to students needing extra help, monitor their progress, and encourage their academic and social growth.- **Material Preparation:** Prepare and organize educational resources and classroom materials to enhance learning experiences.- **Administrative Support:** Manage administrative tasks such as attendance, classroom setup, and supply organization.Through these responsibilities, I contribute to creating an enriching educational environment that supports student success and development.

As president, I have been responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club and the management of the club's executive board. We have focused on lobbying the Maryland General Assembly to pass bike-friendly legislation, such as the Maryland Trails for All Act, and advised the progress of the Bikeways Initiative. Additionally, we successfully launched SafeStride College Park, a micro-mobility program aimed at student advocacy.

In this role, I served as the liaison between the club and the Student Government Association/Residence Hall, contributing as one of the founding members. Our efforts were instrumental in establishing the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Additionally, I played a key role in advising the University of Maryland on the groundbreaking bikeways project, the largest infrastructural improvement in UMD history. This initiative marked a significant milestone as it introduced permanent bike lanes on campus for the first time, enhancing the overall sustainability and accessibility of our university.

In this role, my responsibilities include facilitating the operation of the Maryland Federation of College Republicans, which serves as the coordinating body for various college GOP chapters across the state.

Here I was responsible for overseeing the SGA-recognition process for 600 student groups, ensuring a streamlined and efficient procedure. Effectively communicate crucial information and resources to student organizations, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their diverse needs.

I also played a key role in advising the Executive Vice President and the Legislature on SGA's Bylaws and chaired the Committee on Constitution and Bylaws. In this capacity, I worked diligently to ensure the alignment of SGA's governing principles, providing expertise and guidance. Additionally, I actively contributed to the formulation of strategic initiatives, fostering a cohesive framework for effective governance and organizational excellence.

I also served as the transportation liaison in the office of the President and held an appointment on the Central Transportation Advisory Committee. During my time here, I worked to establish a partnership between public and private learning institutions, helped promote the development of professional development workshops, and facilitated Praxis preparation. Additionally, I advocated for the standardization of Panopto recording software.

In this position, I worked on creating lesson plans for students and teachers in the Cook County Public School system. The focus was on digital citizenship and promoting safe online practices.

As a former McDonald's Crew Trainer, I excelled in developing and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional customer service. The Undergraduate Student Assembly provides opportunities for students to serve as leaders through being a liaison between the students and the leadership within the College of Education. Each semester, the Student Assembly hosts an Undergraduate Student Forum followed with a meeting with the Dean.

Congressional Intern for Congressman Brian Mast (FL-21) where I immersed myself in the intricate workings of legislative processes. A pivotal member of the Federal Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, I actively contributed to policy research, drafting, and analysis. Through collaborative efforts, I played a vital role in shaping decisions that impact our nation's transportation landscape. This experience enriched my understanding of the intersection between public service and legislative frameworks, laying a solid foundation for my commitment to fostering positive change.

In this role, I chaired the Transportation Advisory Committee, overseeing discussions and decision-making processes related to transportation matters. Additionally, I played a key role in providing valuable feedback on student fees, contributing to the financial considerations and allocations within the organization. In my roles on the Cumberland Hall Council and as Chairman of the Transportation Advisory Committee, I played a crucial part in addressing student fee issues. Moreover, I actively contributed to the legislative efforts aimed at addressing campus flooding concerns.
