Project CoordinatorOregon Social Learning Center 2000 - 2007I began at OSLC in 2000 as an assessor and Specific Affect Coding System coder. As an assessor I interviewed study participants and their families both at the center and in their homes. SPAFF coding involved real time affect coding of videotaped interactions. As a coder I would assign numeric codes to the participants facial cues. In 2002 I became the SPAFF coding team supervisor. This involved continued coding as well as maintaining inter-coder reliability and consistency across time and interactions. I continued as a coding supervisor for SPAFF and other codes through 2005. In 2005 I started a position as project coordinator of the Community Database project. This multi site project involved the coordination of community partners for the development of a community health indicator database. The project also included school interventions and coded observations with participating students and parents.
