A multi-award winning wills, probate and funerals company, creating beautifully designed and easy to use products. ➢ Brought in by the recently appointed CFO, I was tasked with building out The Finance Function and providing key support to the top management team (CFO, COO, CEO) as the company sought to rapidly ramp-up growth.➢ Transformed financial processes and reporting to become a tightly organised first-class department. Tools utilised took best of accounting tech; future proofing The Finance Function of the company.➢ Played role in obtaining Series B equity raise to enable the extraordinary growth of the company to continue and accelerate.➢ Complete management of all compliance tasks: including VAT submissions, Payroll, Pensions, Monthly Reporting, Funding Covenant compliance, Year-end accounts, SRA audit and Year-end statutory audit.➢ Had regular meetings with department heads from Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations; enabling me to have full oversight of key developments affecting future monthly and quarterly financials (e.g. upgrades, downgrades, new hiring pipeline, customer payment issues, etc.).➢ Worked closely with the CFO to prepare and adjust forecasting models; utilising my closeness to the detail to enhance their accuracy.➢ Gained thorough understanding of the the tech industry, business models and key metrics.➢ Playing a key role in Farewill’s rapid growth was immensely rewarding as I saw the company grow from 50 employee headcount to 140 plus and revenues grow substantially.

As a sales consultant, I work independently on my own sales projects and the conversion of leads, handed to me through marketing and Pre-Sales acquisition. I deal with multiple customers and guide them through the sales process. I advise customers how to improve their service processes with our software.

Worked on different bespoke projects including auditing and data analysis, communicating with senior management of various departments. Running daily meetings to ensure that assignments would be completed on time.
