I have over a decade of experience working with disadvantaged youth in juvenile justice, K-12 school settings and in higher education. I have a passion for helping youth recognize the best version of themselves through critical mentoring, exposure activities, and mental health services. My experience in youth engagement and leadership development has inspired me to create my own non-profit organization that engages, empowers and encourages youth with a special emphasis on working with black and brown young men. It is my purpose to help those who have lost their way to embrace their crown and remove their mask of mediocrity. Everyone deserves to feel their best and believe that they are capable of doing anything they put their mind to. I am here to inspire, encourage and be a bridge to resources that can help others reach their goals!
