Nick has experience in all stages of litigation and has successfully tried many civil cases, including approximately twenty jury trials. Nick has assisted clients in a variety of different industries reach their objectives in the courtroom or at arbitration, including banks, investment firms, insurance companies, farmers, oil and gas companies, manufacturers, construction firms, retailers, hotels, hospitals, and individuals. His trial experience allows him to separate the wheat from the chaff and identify key issues that will resonate with judges, jurors, and other factfinders.Nick was born and raised in Danville, California and graduated from San Ramon Valley High School. He attended law school at the University of Iowa College of Law. While living in Iowa, he met his wife and began practicing law in Ottumwa, Iowa. After nearly a decade in Iowa, Nick moved back home with his wife and son to Danville where he now lives.
