Regulatory Credit Reference Reporting Project (CAIS) delivering clean and accurate customer data to the Credit Reference Agencies (CRA) Experian, Equifax and Call Credit for all Barclaycard Portfolios. Responsible for delivering and analysing the needs of the business and customer base for legislative and security driven projects in Ireland. Following Lloyds exit from the Irish Banking Sector in 2011 and the setting up of a 3rd party banking agent Certus, to run the Lloyds banking book. Lloyds are still required to meet all new Irish legislation. As a Business Analyst on the team I covered the following Legal/security projects:Code of Conduct Mortgage Arrears & Lending to Small & Medium Enterprises and Consumer Protection Code. All Acts issued by the Central Bank of Ireland to produce legislation to treat customer’s right. - Part of Business Team analyzing and testing HSBC’s Group Risk Platform (GLEAM) for Basel II Reporting. Enabling the Business to carry out their Regulatory and Capital Reporting Requirements.- Testing encompassed full end-to-end solution; ensuring the correct data had been loaded into the data warehouse, validating the data using SQL and testing the outputs (COBRA).- Managing test requirements throughout the testing life cycle; covering the creation of test plans, test scripts, test data preparation and test execution.- System Testing ensuring that the correct test approaches has been used liaising between the Business and IT.- Co-ordinating UAT testing with the various Stakeholders and providing support to the Business in terms of any Risk Platform issues.- Regression testing each test release using a regression test pack, testing key functional areas and satisfying the stakeholder’s expectations on the Group Risk Platform. Analyzing the Capital and Regulatory figures, identifying the causes of any differences between releases and liaising with the business stakeholders for their sign off on the risk numbers.- Interrogation tools used: TOAD db2 (SQL) and COBRA Basel2 Regulatory Reporting Consolidation System. - Successfully tested the Algorithmics Risk software upgrade for the Group Risk Platform.

- Re-engineering and managing the GLEAM Change Request process including management of prioritisation for development and release, UAT testing and release communication. - Sole Global point of contact for all Internal HSBC Bank systems. Creating connectivity and interface set up procedures and performing testing and certification of new files into GLEAM.- Managing implementation of new Sites with consideration given to compliance to Group standards for connectivity security, cross border data transfer, operational risk and Group Regulatory requirements as laid down by the FSA and SOX (Sarbanes– Oxley)- During this period I passed in the ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis.
