Manage a team of four Neighborhood Development Officers tasked with selling City-owned vacant lots and vacant properties, and with supporting coordinated investment and action by City agencies in the Impact Investment Areas through the Mayor's Neighborhood Sub-Cabinet and constituent workgroups.

Support a statewide team in the administration of approximately $50 million in annual capital grants through Maryland's community development and revitalization programs, with direct leadership of several special projects.

Administer and manage the Project C.O.R.E. initiative, a more than $120m multiyear commitment to the stabilization and demolition of blighted properties in Baltimore City. Also provide program management for the Baltimore Regional Neighborhoods Initiative program, which grants $12m in eligible funding to Baltimore metro area community organizations every year. Engaged in the development of the Home Ownership Works pilot program development and administration.

Manage state community revitalization grant awards to projects in southwest Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County and Howard County. Portfolio includes more $18m in grants awarded from FY17 through FY21. Duties include processing reports and payment requests, documenting compliance with grant requirements, providing technical assistance to CDC leaders, and troubleshooting problems affecting funded projects. Also provide program administration and management for the Project C.O.R.E. initiative, a commitment of $75m+ in state funds to stabilization and demolition of blighted properties in Baltimore City.

Supported research and data collection for an evaluation of the impact of new stormwater management facilities on surrounding home values in Philadelphia.

Managed over $250,000 in contracts annually. Led the development of a community-level strategic planning framework. Directed strategic planning and coalition-building projects in Baltimore, Newark, Portland, Lewiston, and Austin. Hired and supervised new team members and helped them grow into new roles. Presented on research and best practices in a wide range of circumstances.

Managed data collection and analysis for a strategic planning grant in Birmingham, AL that resulted in an investment of over $500,000 in 19 programs. Conducted a process evaluation of a summer program serving over 1,200 youth in the South Bronx. Supported NSLA event and marketing staff with events including the annual conference and Summer Learning Day.

Supported evaluations of summer programs serving over 2,000 youth a year in Pittsburgh, Council Bluffs, and at the Punahou School.

Collected and analyzed satisfaction data for alternative education and job training programs, synthesized research and best practices on green jobs, and developed a plan of action for the Baltimore Green Jobs Coalition and presented that the plan to the Baltimore Workforce Investment Board.

As part of a team, planned and managed three "brown bag lunch" public policy forums for NYC interns. Provided general public affairs support.

Supervised 35-40 telephone interviewers during national and state survey data collection and provided office support.

Using a Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) polling system, interviewed respondents for national, state and local phone surveys.

Managed volunteer staff for annual award ceremonies and conferences, monitored vendor contracts and payments, conducted primary documents research in the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library for fellows and clients, and provided general office support.
