Hi my name is Nicholas McIntyre, I am currently a server at On the Border. I have worked there for 4 years starting as a bus boy and learning other positions like hosting, togo's, and serving. Over those 4 years I have developed skills such as upselling, cooperation, and leadership. I have trained many employees for their positions and continue to learn more about the positions other than my own such as; bartending, cooking and management. There have been several nights in the past where I have gone in on my days off and cleaned dishes to help despite my job being serving, I have also closed the restaurant by myself before in the past when we were short staffed, and I have managers that have worked with me before who have moved to other restaurant locations offering me a job. I enjoy working in teams and don't mind if I have to work extra hours to make sure everything is completed.
