Upstart a company, create and maintain relations with vendors, hire and manage staff, create and manage beverage menu, influence on food menu, create and maintain guest relations, responsible for food and beverage and labor costs and PnL, responsible for payroll, responsible for day to day operations associated with running a restaurant as well as property management associated with a 50year old building sitting right on top of the Herb River just off the Atlantic Ocean.
