Computer Numerical Control Machinist
CurrentCNC Machinist/Operator on 4, 4-Axis Doosan HP4000 II Horizontal Milling Centers.Operating and maintaining 3 Sodick Wire EDM Machines and 1 Mori Seiki NV5000 a1 Vertical Milling Center.Job objective is to produce and quality inspect each part as it is passed through its full battery of processes before completion. Maintaining and Operating all machines within the cell of production and meeting company quotas for production goals while sustaining a clean record of NCR's. (Non-Conforming Report)Keeping cell space and work spaces clean and clear for efficient work environments as well as meeting audit/inspection requirements for any company or customers specifications.Working with Team Leads as well as fellow Operators on the cell floor to efficiently, safely, and responsibly delineate responsibilities and tasks while manufacturing the products/parts to complete the job.Problem solve given issues in the manufacturing process and set up operations when setting up for new job or part.Complete all In-Process and First-Piece paper work when beginning and during the manufacturing processes during the shift in precise manner.Be punctual and on time for designated work shifts and complete all work during said shift.
