Large multi-agency effort to execute repair/upgrade electronics, software patching, cyber security, and Information Assurance (IA)/Authority to Operate (ATO) including a messaging server systems and satellite communications laptop controllers. Oversight of 2 inter-agency agreements with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic for Navy Type and Specialized Forces projects and sustainment. Responsible for $35 Million dollar depot inventory for Navy Type/Coast Guard type electronic and IT system equipment and Coast Guard communications labs at NIWC Atlantic Charleston. Established and maintained 30+ remote IT user accounts for access to the Coast Guard network.• Managed risks to ensure expedited repair of critical electronic communications and IT systems in support of Coast Guard Operations working resource requirements including annual budget, staffing, materials/equipment/parts and contracting. Lead response for average of 70-80 Coast Guard communications incidents monthly utilizing contractor, and military team to facilitate repair and resolution. Coordinated major tech assists on in-port and globally deployed ships.
