About Nicholas Michael Dunkley

Working with children ever since I was on the swim team at the age of 8; and as a swimmer grows on the team you are looked up to by the younger swimmers. The elders of the team would teach and help the younger members with their swim strokes. The philosophy of Elders teaching youngsters in any facet is a principle I hold dear to me. I graduated with a media degree and a Computer Science minor. I was able to do this because I taught throughout my College Years swimming to children with special needs and Autistic Children in the classroom. While doing this I achieved most of my goals with the exception of one. I am an inventor, a creator, and I hold a number of provisional patents and copyrights on different educational software programs I created. I want to share my knowledge of technology to children who will look at my inventions and ask me how. I have worked in I.T for 15 years. My main computer languages are VB, C# on the .NET framework. I have been working with .NET since the introduction of ASP and ASP.NET. Database skills include LINQ, SQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access. Knowledge of Photoshop, JavaScript.
