I am the Information Security Manager for Weaver and Tidwell, LLP and have been working in the IT industry for 20-some-odd years. In the past decade plus, I've geared my focus more towards Data Security or what most people would just like to classify as Cybersecurity, but not all data security is Cybersecurity. I also sit on the Strategic Planning Committee and Student Advisory Board for the College of Business, Engineering, & Technology (CBET) at Texas A&M University - Texarkana (TAMUT), as well as acting Chairperson for CBET's Information Systems & Technology Solutions Advisory Board at TAMUT. I’d throw out a bunch of buzz words here, but that’s just not my style.
