I recently earned this promotion almost 6 years after beginning my career in fundraising as an entry level employee. Today I manage the quality and production of Dialogue Direct's west coast cities, 3 of our total 7 markets. I hold lots of regular calls with my local city managers to make sure that my team is on the same page and exceeding their budgeted goals. I also track the west coast's data and look for areas of improvement and trends that can be implemented through training, or adjustments to company structures.

Greater Boston Area

As the City Coordinator I hired, trained, and managed our fundraising efforts in Boston. I helped launch a new charity campaign with Oxfam America in 2014 and won an MVP award for being the top individual producer in management.

Planned and instructed a variety of business English classes to students of varying levels and ages. Privately tutored students in a one to one setting after assessing their needs and abilities.
