During my nine years with W T Partnership I held the positions of Senior Managing Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director. Duties involved Pre and Post Contract duties such as Cost Planning, preparation of Bills of Quantities, Tender reports, Design and Build negotiations, negotiation of Tenders, administration of Contract documentation, liaison with Design team, attending meetings through Contract period with Design team and Client, valuations, cost reports, monitoring and agreeing variations and settlement of final accounts. Along with these duties I managed resources within W T Partnership. We acted for a variety of Clients, both in the public and private sector, in areas of major Construction, Re-furbishment and Civil Engineering. We worked on Projects in the following sectors and areas :- Government and MOD, Universities, Schools, Hospitals, Ecclesiastical, Local Authority, Civil Aviation, Roads and Railways.
