Data Analyst Section Supervisor
Current• Provides effective leadership and supervision to a team of 6 data analysts engaged in• Assists Department Manager in administration role compiling weekly activity reports and surveillance reports for monthlybriefing to government customers.• Conducts quarterly and yearly reviews discussing employee development, promotion, and future goals.• Supports Department Management in a project lead position, analyzing employee data and assisting with HR operations.• Facilitates new hire orientation providing consultation and accurate information to all levels of employees regarding HumanResource programs, products, services, practices, and policies.• Processes and analyzes employee data and organization changes, employee and life events with a high level of accuracy andin compliance with established policies, guidelines, procedures, and provisions.• Provides technology and project support for system enhancements and operational changes for the current data lab.• Manage various concurrent tasks and devise resolutions for uncommon system and data hurdles.• Utilized process improvement to drive consistency and developed a vacancy tracker for the department to track currentpositions.
