The goal was to prove that we could develop for Intel 3DNAND and at the same time prove that the team was capable of matching the output from the previous JDP. Overall requires intimate knowledge of the part as well as the architecture, which will change from product to product and our test flow and procedures need to change from product to product while still accounting for standard optimizations for individual die for improved yield and quality data for design feedback.I was involved with WLR development for Products: N38A, N38B, N4PA, as well as independently managed and developed for internal test chip projects needed for future architecture designs.
