Actively generate revenue through private and special event sales for L.A. LIVE venues and Crypto.com Arena (previously STAPLES Center). Manage customer inquiries, facilitate site visits, and oversee the collective contracting process (legal, finance, risk management, Wolfgang Puck Catering, and event operations) while maintaining strong customer service through event completion. Responsible for maintaining and expanding client pipeline by attending various networking and industry events/trade shows, with a focus to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and then strategically plan to deliver innovative results.
