About Nicholas Mosca
As a former admissions officer, Harvard graduate, and Milken Scholar, I have devoted the last 20+ years to helping hundreds of students gain admission and generous scholarships to their dream schools. My track record of success includes Princeton, Yale, Harvard, all UC schools, Johns Hopkins, and Georgetown, among many others. The underlying context for all of these services is a playful approach to mindfulness that enables clients to reduce stress and reclaim their lives. Previously, I have served as a Mindfulness Coach/English & Public Speaking Teacher at The George Jackson Academy. In this capacity, I offered over 175 staff and underserved youth practical curricula for using personalized approaches to academics and mindfulness to enhance their lives. In 2015, The Atlantic featured my mindfulness-based Selfless Love Act Project that I co-authored for both educators and students at this institution.I also co-host on WABC Radio and have presented at Yale University, Citi, Squarespace, Columbia University, New York University, Share Fair Nation, The HealthCare Chaplaincy Network, The Milken Scholars Program, and Molloy College. Moreover, my writing has appeared in Psychology Today and I was the elected Research Chairperson of The Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, through which I earned a scholarship for using mindfulness and comedy to advance world peace.I hold a Master's degree from Harvard University where I won The Billings Prize for inspiring behavioral change through positive humor. During my undergraduate studies, I earned a B.A. in English (Magna Cum Laude) from Georgetown University.
